We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current. Natural materials such as wood and stone will exhibit variation in grain, color, and texture — this is a characteristic of the material and not a defect.

11. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

You and Chicago Best Furniture agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our website, or any purchase you make (collectively, "Disputes") will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below.

Informal Resolution First. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at info@chicagobestfurniture.com and provide a written description of the Dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the Dispute informally within 30 days of receipt.

Binding Arbitration. If the Dispute is not resolved informally, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration will be conducted in Chicago, Illinois, or by telephone or video conference at your election. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Arbitration Fees. Filing fees and arbitrator compensation will be allocated in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. We will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for claims that do not exceed $10,000, unless the arbitrator determines the claim is frivolous.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

12. Class Action Waiver

YOU AND CHICAGO BEST FURNITURE EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

If a court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim, then that claim must be severed from the arbitration and brought in court, while all other claims proceed in arbitration.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 11 shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
